A clients deck was decomposing and constructed poorly, so their whole deck was sagging and ready to collapse. Using house jacks to support the structure, and the previously poured piers, we were able to rip out the rotten structure and rebuild the beams supporting the span of the deck space. It had sunk so much it had to be lifted about 5" to get to the 2% required slope. Much better now!
